Return Terms & Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, please comply with following Terms & Conditions:-
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Your item must be unused, unaltered, free of damages, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product or exchange the product for another one. All returns need to be handled via contact us page or Request A Return page with Order Number, item(s) details and reason of return or exchange to let us know that you intend to return or exchange an item. Any request for return and/or exchange will be assessed by Solarworld-sa on a case-by-case basis. No request for return and/or exchange will be deemed valid or effective, unless approved in writing by Solarworld-sa.
We will reply to issue a ‘Return Code’, please ensure that you have receive this code before returning an item to Solarworld-sa and to avoid delays in the refund process.
Please note that our returns codes are only valid for one return order and/or shipment from the date the ‘return code’ was issued which gives you ample time to return the item(s) to us.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
Item(s). Where applicable, we will promptly notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, then the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, but if item(s) returned due to the defect/damage item delivered from our side due to manufacturing defect(s), then the shipping cost will not be charged (Subject to returned item inspection).
If your return is rejected, then you will arrange the shipping & pickup of your rejected return item(s) from our store location, otherwise, Solarworld-sa will reserve its right to dispose of your rejected return item(s) after 30 calendar days from the date of reject notification sent to your registered email and/or mobile number.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Debit Card, Credit Card, or refund Voucher if you paid Cash on delivery (or based on the original method of payment).
You will receive the refund confirmation and/or payment notification within 10 Business Days after your return approval date.
Solarworld-sa will arrange your return order collection from your address, and AWB will be shared on your registered email and/or Mobile number.
You will make sure that items are ready for collection and/or pickup from your address with complete package. Items must be properly packed and sealed before handing over to courier.
Our dedicated courier will come on the scheduled pickup date and time to collect the return order shipment.
If you fail to return the order on the scheduled time, then Solarworld-sa will not take any responsibility for such delay of return and/or cancellation of our order collection.
You can drop off your return at the authorized locations of your choice. There is no charge for this option.

Returning Without Using A ‘Return Code’:
Please note that if you send an item back without contacting us first to obtain a Return Code, we will not be able to take responsibility for your return. If we do receive your item without a return code, the return process may be delayed by up to 30 working days. Solarworld-sa will not refund or return any shipping costs on items sent back without a valid return code.
